Zelma Stone, 81, of New Boston died Wed. Feb. 24, 2010 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born Dec. 9, 1928 in New Boston a daughter of the late Jack and Mary Ann Marcum Vance. She is survived by two sons, Paul E. Stone and wife Marie and Robert L. Stone all of New Boston; 5 daughters, Nora Mendez and husband Victor of Lima, Mary Montgomery and husband Roby of Lima, Linda LeBrun and husband John of Beaver, Rose Cindle and husband Kevin of Franklin Furnace and Teresa Albrecht of Rosemount; 1 sister, Mildred Roffe of Cleveland, 14 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Stone, a brother, Walter C. Vance, 2 sisters, Irene Patton and infant Maxine Vance. Services will be 2 PM Sun., Feb. 28, 2010 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with Pastor Jack Williams officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.Visitation will be Sat. 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM and Sun. 1 to 2 PM at D.W.
