William Marcum

William C. Marcum, 36, of Portsmouth died Mon., Nov. 17, 2008 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born Dec. 18, 1971 in Los Angeles, CA., a son of the late William C. and Catherine Phipps Marcum. William is survived by his wife, Candy Mosley Marcum; 2 sons, William A. Marcum and Ryan Marcum; a daughter, Maegan Marcum and granddaughter, Myleigh Marcum all of Portsmouth; 5 brothers, Ronnie Scalf of Elkhart, IN., Jeff Scalf of Columbus, Steve Scalf of West Portsmouth, Pat Scalf of Waverly, Ted Scalf of Sciotoville and David Brannon of Sciotoville; 2 sisters, Marlena Marcum of Lucasville and Wanda Wilson of Sciotoville. Graveside services will be 12 Noon Thurs, Nov. 20, 2008 at Big Run Cemetery. Visitation will be Thurs.10 to 11 AM at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston.
