William Cullum

William D. Cullum Jr., 46, of Portsmouth went to with the Lord Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009 at home. He was born Jan. 25, 1963 in Portsmouth to the late William D. Cullum Sr. and Christine Neff Cullum. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Larry E. Presley and Jerry Cullum; a sister, Marcella Cullum Braithwaite and a nephew, Michael Crawford. He is survived by his wife and lifelong love, Jessie M. Cullum of Portsmouth whom he married Feb. 14, 2005; a son, Christopher (Veronica) Nuckols of New Boston; a brother, James Cullum (Lori) of Portsmouth; a sister, Norma Crawford of Sugar Grove; a sister-in-law, Sharon Cullum of West Portsmouth; 3 granddaughters, Ashley L. Nuckols, Melissa D. Nuckols and Whitney N. Nuckols with whom he shared a birthday, all of New Boston; nephews, James Cullum Jr. and Justin Cullum of McDermott, Larry Presley Jr. and Clint Presley of Portsmouth, Aaron Presley of Wheelersburg, Steven Crawford of Xenia, Bryan Crawford of Portsmouth and Jerry Cullum Jr. of West Portsmouth; nieces, Melissa Davis, Tammy Cullum and Angie Veach. He was the life of the party and a loving man. He will be sadley missed and loved by family and friends. Memorial services will be 11 AM Monday, Feb. 23, 2009 at D.W.
