Thomas Lewis Jones, Jr. 41, of Lucasville, Ohio passed away Thursday August 10, 2023. He was born August 21, 1981 in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Tom enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandson, Sterling. Tom loved construction and building houses. He was loving and kind to all and had the most unique sense of humor. He will be greatly missed and loved always.
Tom was preceeded in death by his father Thomas Lewis Jones and mother Kathleen Hammonds. Tom is survived by his wife of 14 years, Laura Michelle. She was his best friend and the love of his life; one son, Thomas Lewis Jones of Fairfield County; one daughter, Somara Rosaland Brook Jones of Fairfield County; three stepdaughters, Brooklyn Damron, Madison Damron both of Portsmouth and Cassidy Damron of Otway; one grandson, Sterling Martin of Portsmouth; father and mother-in-law, Frank and Brenda Blevins and sister-in-law Brenda Blevins all of Portsmouth; a brother, Russell Lew Hammonds (Carie Sue Hammonds) of New Boston; a sister, Rachel Hammonds of California; 3 nieces, 5 nephews, 4 great-nephews, 2 great-nieces, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
As per Thomas Lewis Jones Jr's, request he will be cremated and no funeral or memorial service will be held.
