Thelma Jean Floyd

Thelma Jean Floyd, 64, of Wheelersburg passed away Monday Dec. 23, 2013 at her residence. She was born Nov.14, 1949 in Ironton, a daughter of the late Jacob and Rosealee DePriest Roof. She is survived by her husband, Harold L. Floyd Sr.; 1 son, Harold L. Floyd Jr. both of Wheelersburg; a grandson, Nathaniel Rae Floyd and Hillary Floyd; 2 great-grandchildren, Sadie Elizabeth Floyd and Skyler Reylan Floyd and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Harold, John, Daniel, George and Michael Roof and an infant brother. Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday Dec. 28, 2013 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with interment to follow at Vernon cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 6 to 8 PM and Saturday 1 to 2 PM at D.W. Swick in New Boston.
