Thea Jayne (Depriest) Riggs

Age 65 of Portsmouth, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016 in Portsmouth She was born in New Boston on October 3, 1950 to Loren and Sylvia (Montgomery) Depriest She attended Glenwood High School in New Boston and was a graduate of Rio Grande University with a degree in Nursing Being a nurse was not only Jayne’s profession, but her passion as well and she was dedicated to the people she cared for In addition to her family, she adored her beloved dog, Rusty.

Jayne is survived by her daughter, Lacey Riggs (special friend, Kaitlyn Frazier) of Portsmouth; cousin, June Buckley of Portsmouth She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bernie Depriest; sister, Loren Huffman.
