Terry "The Lion Man" Brumfield, 56, of Piketon died Wed., Sept. 22, 2010 as the result of an auto train accident. He was born Dec. 31, 1953 in Portsmouth. He was a truck driver, lover of life and loved collecting antiques and other things. Terry is survived by his mother, Nancy Hunt Brumfield of Lucasville; his wife, Vicki Farrell Brumfield; two sons, Terry F. Brumfield and wife Tracie of Lucasville, Charles P. Brumfield and wife Beth of McDermott; a daughter, Nancy Brumfield of Portsmouth; two stepdaughters, Sarah Ross of Dayton and Tarah Ross of Cincinnati; a sister, Shawna Howard of Lucasville; four brothers, Michael Brumfield and Brian Brumfield both of Tenn., Tim Brumfield of Lucasville and Steve Brumfield of Marion; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was also preceded in death by a brother, David Brumfield. Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Tues., Sept. 28, 2010 at Lambert-Lion King cemetery, 1752 Wakefield Mound Rd., Piketon, OH. Visitation will be Monday 6 to 8 PM at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston. In leiu of flowers the family request donation be made to D.W.
