Age 55 of Portsmouth, passed away Saturday February 27, 2016. She was born May 2, 1960 in Portsmouth to Virginia Hall Worthington Evans of Portsmouth and the late Shannon Worthington. Terry is also survived by two sons, Charles J. Adams and Steven M. Adams; three brothers, Shannon Worthington Jr., James E. Worthington, and Wade Worthington; three sisters, Kelly Coppock, Mary Gray, and Michelle Worthington, all of Portsmouth; 5 grandchildren; and a special friend, Shawn Jewett.
