Teresa Gail Carver

Teresa Gail Carver, 63, of West Portsmouth, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024, at OSU in Columbus. She was born on May 21, 1961, in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Earl and Mary Howard. Teresa was known for her love of exercising, fitness, and sitting on her porch watching wildlife. She cherished the Lord, her family, and her children.
She is survived by her son, Marvin Cornett Jr. of Columbus, and her stepdaughter, Nena Bentley (Kenneth) of Kentucky. Teresa also leaves behind her brothers, Bobby Howard, Billy Howard, and Donnie Howard, her sister-in-law, Pamela Collier, a very special friend, Kimberly Galloway of West Portsmouth and special mother in law Virginia Carver. She was a proud grandmother to three grandchildren.
Teresa was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Carver, her brothers, Jimmy Howard, Lundy Howard and Earl Howard, and her sister, Mary Jane Howard.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2024 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Daryl "Buck" Musick officiating.
