Suzanne Marie Logan, 77, of Portsmouth, sadly passed away on Tuesday August 8, 2023. Suzanne was born February 16, 1946, to the late William and Evelyn (Gilbertson) Sliker in Racine, Wisconsin. She was a homemaker with a contagious smile. She enjoyed quilt making, going to flee markets, bingo, watching the game show network, word searching and collecting dolls. Suzanne was a faithful member of Mt. Zion Church. She loved her church family and they loved her.
Suzanne was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years Louis Fannin in 2008. In 2010 she was reunited with an amazing man, Randall Logan of Portsmouth whom she married in 2012, sadly he passed in 2019. She also lost both parents, four siblings, Charles Sliker in 2005, Mary Schmidt in 2010, Janet Gemmell in 2015 William Sliker in 2016; her son Bryan Rushford in 2018; and one grandson, Andrew Sliker in 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Suzette (David) Collins; a biological son, Edward Gemmell of Racine, Wisconsin; two granddaughters, Jessica (Justin) Schuler of Racine, Wisconsin, and Dallas (Jacob) Booth of Florida; three grandsons, William Cole of Portsmouth, Bryan J. Rushford of Ft. Bragg N.C., and Jerrod Rushford of West Portsmouth; twelve great-grandchildren and her beautiful cousin, Patti Vaticco of Etowah, Tennessee; she is also survived by a close friend from her church, Sister Hammonds.
