Ruth K. Lewis

Ruth K. Lewis, 84 of Sciotodale, died Saturday Dec. 4, 2010 at Concord Care Center. She was born May 1, 1926 in Wheelersburg, a daughter of the late Floyd and Goldie Yelley Grashel, whom preceded her.
She was formerly employeed at Kendrick's and Marting's Dept. Store and was of the Baptist Faith.
She is survived by two sons, Roger Lewis and wife Pam and Ronnie Lewis all of Sciotodale; her grandson whom she considered her own son, Benjamin Bullard (Ronald, partner) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; two sisters, Verna McGlone of Portsmouth and Dorothy Holmes and husband Ken of Wheelersburg and a brother, Bill Grashel and wife Pat of Wurtland, KY. 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Darald Lewis in 1984 and a brother, Bob Grashel.
Services will be 11 AM Wed. Dec. 8, 2010 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with Pastor Jim Benner officiating and Grandson, Ben will provide the Eulogy. Internment will be at Memorial Burial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday 4 to 8 PM and Wednesday 10 to 11 AM at D.W. Swick in New Boston.
