Roger Lee Fraley, 84, 0f Portsmouth, passed away Sunday November 19, 2023 at his residence. He was born August 6, 1939 in Scioto County, a son of the late Eve and Hattie Fraley. He enjoyed bowling, walking around town and loved his dogs. Roger is survived by four nieces and nephews, Theodore Fraley, Peg Fraley, Daryl Fraley and Barbara Fraley. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Theodore Fraley, Paul Fraley and Norman Fraley. Graveside Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday November 22, 2023 at Memorial Burial Park under the care of the D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston.
