Roger "The Rock" Castle

Roger Dale (The Rock) Castle, 68, of Portsmouth passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012 in SOMC's Hospice care. He was born October 5, 1944 in Johnson County, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his father, William A. Castle, mother, Laura Belle (Spence) Castle, a sister, Claudette Castle and 2 brothers, Ricky and Robbie Castle. He is survived by his wife, Lou Ann (Miller) Castle; a son, Roger Shannon Castle and wife Renell of Orange, TX.;2 sisters, Billie Jean (Castle) Hamilton and Loretta (Castle) Keyser and husband Paul and a brother Kevin Castle and wife Lori; granddaughter, Ashtchin (Castle) Kilmer and Morgan Castle; great grandson, Bryce Kilmer and his four legged children, Charly, Chelsey and Eddy. Roger is loved by so many special nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, in-laws and close friends. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to SOMC Hospice, 2201 25th St. Portsmouth, OH 45662 or in honor of his love for animals, Sierra's Haven no kill animal shelter of Portsmouth.
