Age 27 of Portsmouth passed away on December 16, 2015 She was born in Portsmouth on August 1, 1988 to Robert and Mary (Baker) Waughtel and was a graduate of East High School in Sciotoville.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Waughtel of New Boston; two daughters, Rockelle Newman and Raylynn Waughtel, both of New Boston;one brother, Robert Waughtel (Amanda) of McDermott; one sister, Danielle Little (Brian Howerton) of Erwin, TN; lots of family and friends She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Waughtel; a daughter, Allison Newman; and a sister, Carla Waughtel.
