Robert "Bobby" E. Lockert

Age 53 of West Portsmouth formerly of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at OSU Hospital in Columbus He was born May 23, 1964 in Portsmouth to Kenneth Earl and Betty Fay (Allen) Lockert He graduated from Minford High School in 1983, served his country in the U.S. Army, and was a construction laborer by trade In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, riding horses, and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy (Bailey) Lockert; daughter, Judy (Charles) Vastine of West Portsmouth; stepchildren, Corrina Devalet, Roger Meadows, Jr, Teia Fugate, Michelle (Todd) Knittle, Mindy Howard, Larry Howard, Joe Howard, Bradley Howard, Nikki Howard; brother, Joseph (Ocie Clifford) Lockert of Portsmouth; sisters, Sharon (David) Seasor of Boyd Cty, KY, Melissa (Chuck) Swanner of Wheelersburg, Tammy Howard of Portsmouth; many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by stepchildren, Mattie Deniston, Judy Fugate; brothers, Kenneth “Morty” Ray Lockert, Anthony “Tony” Lockert.
