Robert E. Lee, 75, of Portsmouth, died Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at SOMC Hospice Center. He was born July 17, 1934 in Pikeville, KY, a son of the late Orville and Edith Lee. He was retired from Aristech Chemical and loved hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Eshem Lee; two sons, J.R. (Angie) Liles of Greenup, KY.and James Lee of Panama City, FL.; three daughters, Jane Lee Moore (Jim) of Ashland, KY., Lisa Lee Lowry (Rick) of Lexington, KY. and Robin Bentley (Mark) of New Boston, OH.; a sister, Jeanette Grundin and a brother, Tim Lee; 11 grandchildren, Jessica Lee, Jamie (Alisha) Lee, Taylor Lee, Blake Liles, Maverick Liles, Haylee Liles, Elizabeth Bentley, Danille Bentley, Kristy Moore, Julie Moore and David Seiler; 6 great grandchildren, Ryan, Riley, Robert Lee, Hayden, Tristen and Trenton. He was also preceded in death by a son, Robert E. Lee Jr. Funeral services will be at 10 AM Saturday, November 7, 2009 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with Pastor Jack Williams officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Burial Park. Visitation will be Saturday 9 to 10 AM at D.W. Swick in New Boston.
