Ricky Alan Grooms II, 36, of New Boston passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023 at his home. He was born August 29, 1987 to Ricky Grooms and the late Dana Catrell in Portsmouth. Ricky loved playing video games and spending time with his daughters.
Ricky is survived by his father, Ricky Grooms of Chillicothe; wife, Mary Grooms of Franklin Furnace; three daughters, Isabella "Fuzzy" Grooms, Gabriella Grooms both of Franklin Furnace and Farrah Culver of Portsmouth; a brother, Ryan Grooms of Portsmouth; one sister, Tiffany Grooms. He was also preceded in death by a son, Ricky Grooms III.
