Richard E. Watts Age 63, of Portsmouth, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at River Run Health Care in Franklin Furnace. He was born March 10, 1960, in Portsmouth, a son of the late Chester and Delores (Neff) Watts. Richard enjoyed working on cars, reading westerns and Syfy. He especially loved spending time with family and friends. Richard is survived by a son, Joseph Watts and wife Misty of Portsmouth; a daughter Adonna Watts of Scioto Furnace; a brother, Chester Watts of Wheelersburg; two sisters, Rose Watts and Mary Watts; and four grandchildren, Autum, Sabrina, Austin, and Lukis. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Voletta Watts. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 28, 2023 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Wheelersburg.
