Rhonda Faye Fowler

Rhonda Faye (Wells)Fowler of Portsmouth Ohio went home to be with the Lord on June 12th, 2022 at Arlington Memorial Hospital in Arlington, Texas. Born on December 5th, 1965 in Portsmouth Ohio to the late Ronald Wells and Brenda Mershon. Rhonda was also proceeded in death by a brother, Mark Wells and sister Evanda Walker.
Rhonda is survived by her husband of 42 years Kenneth Fowler, of Portsmouth Ohio and their four children; Kenneth Fowler II, Rhonda Fowler II, Christy Fowler and Justin(Stacy) Fowler.
Rhonda is survived by 14 grandchildren, including two granddaughters that she raised Kelsey and Haley. Followed by Corey, Kenneth lll, Quinten, Justin, Ava, Christyona, Kensley, Makenzie, Zane, Bry’Lon, Logan, and Kianna.
Rhonda is survived by four brothers, Ronnie Wells, Walter(Kim) Wells, Eddie(Eileen) Otworth, and Andy Otworth; three sisters, Brenda(Brian) Burchett , Billie Wells , Michelle(Chad) Butcher, Rhonda is also survived by a special sister in law to her who was always by her side, Brenda Blevins.
Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday June 19, 2022 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Rev. Shane Bowling officiating. Interment will follow at Summitt Cemetery in Ashland, KY. Visitation will be Saturday 5 to 7 PM and one hour prior to services on Sunday at the funeral home.
