Priscilla Webb

Priscilla Webb, 57, of West Hamlin, WV passed away June 25, 2024 at Cabell Huntington Hospital after a long illness. She was born on September 28, 1966 in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband Rick Webb; her parents, Karl and Alice Dingess and two brothers, Karl Dingess Jr and Donnie Jenkins. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Ricky Webb (Huntington, WV) and Rocky Webb (West Hamlin, WV); one daughter, Mandy Webb (Franklin Furnace, Ohio); 5 sisters, Debbie Blair (Portsmouth, Ohio), Anna Madden (Lucasville, Ohio), Teresa Cooley (Lucasville, Ohio), Jennifer and Lee Hicks of (Griffithsville, WV) and Cindy Witten (Iowa); brothers, Terry and Debbie Dingess of (New Boston, Ohio), Ronnie Dingess and Belinda of (Wheelersburg, Ohio) and David Meadows of (Lucasville, Ohio); sister-in-law, Ginger Dingess (Cincinnati, Ohio). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 12 Noon Saturday July 6, 2024 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastors Terry Dingess and Omar Baldridge officiating. Interment will follow at Bailey Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 AM to 12 Noon on Saturday.
