Age 79, of Portsmouth, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019 at her home She was born in New Boston on October 3, 1940 to the late Cecil Clyde and Ella M. (Salyer) Meadows She worked many years at the Salvation Army store as a cashier Phyllis attended Cedar Street Church of Christ in Christian Union in New Boston
Phyllis is survived by one brother, Jerry Meadows of Franklin, Ohio. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Fredrick J. Meadows and Clyde Meadows Jr.
