Phyllis Ann Bowen

Phyllis Ann Bowen, 76, of Sciotoville passed away Thursday April 15, 2021 at SOMC Emergency room. She was born March 25, 1945 in Scioto County. She enjoyed Quilting, adult coloring books and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Uvon Bowen who she married on January 23, 1965; two daughters, LaVonda Worthington and Anita (Jeff) Fannin all of Sciotoville; a brother, Raymond (Gladys) Lewis of Ironton; four grandchildren, Jeffrey (Tiffany) Fannin, Kayla Mays, Kyle Bailey and Mykkia Worthington; three great-grandchildren, Brady Hadsell, Coleton Fannin and Mayleigh Mays. She was preceded in death by her parents, Esther Cable and William Bowling; sisters, Mary Pollard, Ollie Belle Lewis, Julia Lewis, Clarabelle Duncan, Francis Monroe, Janet Nelson and Della Stiles.
Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday April 20, 2021 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Wheelersburg with Pastor Rick Mollett officiating. Interment will follow at Vernon Cemetery.
