Patsy Davis

Patsy Borders Davis, 67 of Piketon passed away Wednesday Dec. 17, 2014. She was born August 18, 1947 in Portsmouth a daughter of the late Melvin Borders and Edna Myrtle Tackett Borders Chancey. Patsy is survived by a daughter, Ramona Davis Lee and husband Gary Lee Jr. of Sciotoville; two grandsons, Joshua (Erica) Cutler of Chillicothe and Eli Davis; one granddaughter, Kyla (Caleb) Acord; 3 great grandchildren, Abigail, Emily and Rowen Acord of Jasper; 3 brothers, Melvin Borders, John Borders, Vincent (Windy) Borders and wife Gaye; 1 sister, Mary Wilson; an aunt, Evelyn Tackett Hubbard, an uncle Forest Potter and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Patsy was a member of the VFW Post in Piketon and the Waverly Moose Lodge. She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Alfred Ray Chancey; a son, James 'Jimmie' Davis Jr. and her fiancAC. of 20 years, Charles (Chuck) McFann. A special thanks to SOMC Hospice. Patsy loved her life, her family and all of her friends. She will be missed and never forgotten. Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Sunday Dec. 21, 2014 at Mound cemetery in Piketon with Gary Lee Jr. officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are being handled by D.W.
