Orville H. Ruggles Jr., 41 of Portsmouth died Sunday Dec. 2, 2012 at home. He is survived by 7 sisters, Kimberly Hileman, Patty Hatfield, Debra Howard-Craft, Dorothy Rice, Judy Thomas, Rachel Morrison and Sarah Yearian; 3 brothers, Charles Ruggles, Glenn Ruggles and Thomas Gilliland. He was also preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Mary Ruggles, 2 brothers, Ray and James Ruggles. Services will be 11 AM Sat. Dec. 8, 2012 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with interment at Collier cemetery. Visitation will be Sat. 10 to 11 AM at D.W. SWICK.
