Matthew A. Moore

Matthew A. Moore, 41, of Portsmouth, passed away October 17, 2022. He was born September 11, 1981 in Portsmouth, a son of Wilma (Fulk) Taylor and the late Roger Dale Taylor. He loved football, the Bengals, UK and playing video games. He was very family oriented and loved his children very much. Besides his mother, Matt is survived by three sons, Matthew Moore, Dominique Moore and Zayden Moore all of Piketon; two daughters, Mariah Lore and Maddison Jenkins of Oak Hill; three brothers, Ricky Moore of Portsmouth, Roger Moore of Ironton and Roger Taylor of South Webster; two sisters, Melissa Burnheimer and Michelle Moore both of Portsmouth; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Octavia Moore. Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday November 5, 2022 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with interment to follow at Blackfork Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home.
