Mary Spaulding

Our Beloved mother Mary Spaulding grew her Angel Wings on Sept 9th, 2024 peacefully at her home in Louisa KY. Born April 18th 1939 in Inez KY. She was 85 years old. She was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Spaulding and three sons: Herschel Maynard, Johnny Morgan Maynard, and Roger Lee Maynard.

She loved going to church and was always praying. She enjoyed fishing, cookouts, family gatherings. She loved her kids, was a go lucky and fun and happy person. He dog Dumpling was her best friend and companion. She also enjoyed going to casinos and getting scrath off tickets.

She left behind to meet her one day in heaven her daughters: Arlene Maynard, Avonell (Bo) Wilkes, Candy Fay Nuener, a s well as Tabitha Marie Maynard and her little companion and best friend Dumpling, her dog. She will be loved and missed by all including her 13 grandchildren and several great- grandchildren her memory's will continue to grow and never forgotten by each and every one of us as she walks through the gates of heaven where she will meet upon loved ones before her. Amen.

A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday, September 16, 2024 at High Praises Church of God in Portsmouth.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday at the D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston and one hour prior to the services at the church.  Interment will follow at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg.  Online condolences may be left at DWSwickFuneralHome.com.
