Mary Louise (Yarnell) Payton

Age 81 of Twin Valley, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at SOMC She was born June 22, 1936 in New Boston to Lane and Lena (Billings) Yarnell Mary was a 1954 graduate of Glenwood High School. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and canning She worked over 40 years as a nursing assistant in ICU at SOMC.

Mary is survived by a son, Randall Payton of Twin Valley; a daughter, Tina Keen of South Shore, KY; two grandchildren, Dustin Payton of Denver, CO, and Shane (Rachel) Keen of South Shore, KY; two great-grandchildren, Sydney Payton, and Lena Keen; one sister, Patricia Jamison of Camden, SC In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Payton; five brothers, David, Thomas, Michael, George, and Charles Yarnell; sister, Virginia Garrett; and son-in-law, Rodney Keen.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 11, 2017, at D.W.
