Mary M. Campbell

Mary Margaret Myers Campbell, 92, of Lucasville, formerly of McDermott, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 26, 2018, at Hillview of Portsmouth. She was born July 13, 1925 to the late Charles and Fannie Agnes Warner Myers.

Mary was united in marriage to Eugene Howard Campbell on March 25, 1948; he preceded her in death on January 5, 1990. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Jazmina Campbell of Lucasville; two granddaughters, Anna (Cory) McGlone and Rachel Campbell, of Lexington, Kentucky; one great-granddaughter, Marisol McGlone; a niece, Susie (Ralph) Farmer of Chillicothe; and many nieces and nephews.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene, her sister, Charlotte Ewing, her parents, and an infant brother and sister.

She was a 1943 graduate of Otway High School and a Founding Member of Christ Sanctuary Church in Sciotoville Mary was known for her smile and sweet spirit and will be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday January 30, 2018 at D.W.SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Roger Powell officiating. Interment will follow at Garvin Cemetery.
