Lowell "L.T." Thomas Edwards

Age 77 of Portsmouth, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017 at his home He was born November 25, 1939 in Grayson, KY to Ardith and Hazel Marie (Blythe) Edwards L.T. honorably served his county as a member of the U.S. Army based out of Ft. Dix He was longtime HVAC professional and the former owner of Custom Heating and AC Service in Portsmouth, retiring in 2003 In his free time he enjoyed checkers and playing the banjo.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda; sons, Wayne (Susie) Edwards of Portsmouth, Keith Edwards of Portsmouth, Marvin Edwards, Tommy Edwards of IL; daughters, Jamie Nelson of Lafayette, IN, Mary Roth of IL; brothers, Burl Edwards of Huntington, WV, John Edwards of Ashland, KY; sisters, Kathy Applegate of Cincinnati, Muriel Kant of Rosemount, Blanche Rose; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and special friend, Woody Jordan In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sheila Edwards.
