Loraine "Odie" (Davis) Lytten

Age 76 of New Boston, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2016 at her home.  She was born May 9, 1940 in Carter City, KY to Russell and Goldie (Parker) Davis.  Loraine enjoyed playing Bingo, shopping, gardening, and was a fantastic cook.  She loved spending time with her family and especially her great-granddaughter, Jadelyn.

She is survived by one daughter, Anita (Kirby) Lawson of New Boston; one brother, Russ (Libby) Davis of New Boston; two grandchildren, Kirby (Lori) Lawson, Jr. of New Boston, Kris (Jacklyn) Lawson of Minford; one special great-granddaughter, Jadelyn Lawson; sister-in-law, Mary Davis of TN.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John, and one brother, John Davis.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at D.W. Swick-Nelson Funeral Home in New Boston with Pastor Steve Hamilton officiating.  Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace.
