Lillian Adolph (Gartin) Buckley

Age 76 of New Boston, passed away December 30, 2017 at her home She was born July 12, 1941 in New Boston to Earl and Josie (Morrow) Gartin Lillian was a 1959 graduate of Glenwood High School and was a former member of the New Boston Eagles and Portsmouth Moose Lodge She bowled in the Sunset Bowling League and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Lillian is survived by her sons, Timothy (Judy) Tackett of Greenwood Lake, NY, Jeffrey (Letitia) Tackett of New Boston, Fred (Diane) Tackett of Hurricane, WV; daughters, Donna (Fred) Bowens of Wheelersburg, Josie (James) Wright of Wheelersburg; brother, William Gartin of Portsmouth; 13 grandchildren, Chris, Cassandra, Rhonda, Dasha, Jessica, Freddy, Maria, Bree, Casei, Porter, Mason, Joshua, and Wesley; 17 great-grandchildren In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry L. Buckley; sister, Janet Wicker; brother, Oscar Gartin.

The family would like to thank John Gartin and Hospice of Heartland for the care of their mother.
