Kenneth L. Howard

Evangelist Kenneth L. Howard, 67, went on to meet the Lord on Friday September 7, 2012 at his home in McDermott. He was a minister of the Apostolic Faith and was a member of the Family Worship Center in Portsmouth. He was born on June 13, 1945 a son of the late Helen Kamer Howard and Edward Howard. He was also preceded in death by his elder son, Richard Howard and stepfather Wade Hunt. Surviving are his wife, Eva Ford Howard and younger son Chad (Jenny) Howard and granddaughter, Peyton of Destin, Florida. Also surviving are his brothers, Don (Sue) Howard of Miamisburg, Ohio, George Howard of Portsmouth; his sisters Louise Merit of Lucasville, Ohio and Sue Lykins of Columbus, Ohio. He is also survived by several loving in laws, nieces and nephews. Services will be 2 PM Monday September 10, 2012 at Newlife Family Worship Center with Pastor Mike Gifford officiating. Visitation will be Monday 12 noon to 2 PM at the church. Interment will be at Scioto Burial Park with military honors by James Dickey Post 23, American Legion. Arrangements being handled by D.W.
