Keith Thacker

Keith E. Thacker, 56, of Minford died Tuesday March 4, 2014 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born August 10, 1957 in Portsmouth a son of Virginia Halley Adkins and the late Smith Thacker. He is also survived by 4 sons, Johnathan Thacker of Columbus, Jeremy Mullins of Portsmouth, Brian Mullins and Jeffrey Thacker both of Minford; 4 brothers, Dale Thacker and Stephaun Thacker both of Minford, Kevin Thacker of Sciotoville, and Gordon Adkins of Chester, VA.; 2 sisters, Teresa Ault of Wheelersburg and Cathy Spradlin of Waverly; 6 grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Juan Adkins and a brother, Phillip Pennington. Services will be 2 PM Friday March 7, 2014 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with Pastor Kline McAllister officiating. Visitation will be Friday 12 noon to 2 PM at D.W. Swick in New Boston. Private interment will be held at a later date.
