Age 60 of Portsmouth, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2016 at SOMC in Portsmouth She was born in Portsmouth on June 4, 1955 to Billy and Florene (Wadkins) Payton She enjoyed fishing and working in her flower garden, but most of all she loved to spend time with her children and grandchildren.
Kathy is survived by one son, Michael Hall; one daughter, Crystal Hall; four sisters, Janet Stiles of South Webster, Betty Brafford of Minford, Jean Blackburn of Mansfield, Billie Comisford of Mansfield; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her first husband, Jerry Hall; partner, Homer “Cal” Brust.
