Kathryn E. “Katie” Slack, age 24 of Porstmouth passed away September 21, 2020 at Kobacker House in Columbus She was born December 28, 1995 in Portsmouth to Scott and Karen (Woodrow) Slack She like to do roofing, play basketball, and was very outspoken Most of all she loved spending time with her children.
She is survived by a son Bradlee Alexzander Slack and daughter, Maddilynn Jane Ann Jarvis, both of Portsmouth; parents Scott and Karen Slack both of Portsmouth; two sisters, Vanessa (Shane) Thomas and Kristin Slack of Portsmouth; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., September 25, 2020 at D.W.
