Kandi J, Frazier, 56 aka Nanny, of Portsmouth passed away Friday, September 2, 2022, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth. She was born in Portsmouth to the late Kenneth& Fannie (Puckett) McGahan.
She was a joyous soul, who loved to help others. She birthed one child but was a mother figure to many. She was peace, love comfort to all she touched. She enjoyed Country music, beating her siblings in card games, bingo & comedy movies.
Most of all she loved being with her family.
Kandi is survived by her husband Tony Cole, son Chance, and stepson Brian cole, all of Portsmouth. Brother Richard & wife Heather McGahan of Wheelersburg. Two sisters Susan McGahan of Portsmouth, and Regina Howard of Piketon. Many nieces and nephews were loved like her own children. Krissy, Billy, Mandy, Ralph, Nikki, Tim, Justin, Kiley, Haylee, Peyton, Gabe, Amelia, Brent, Remi, Rayden, Little Billy and Kaycie. She was preceded in death by her sister Kathy Enyeart & nephew David Howard Jr.
Her presence on this earth made an impact that couldn't be matched, she will be greatly missed.
