Julia C. Spencer, 62, of Rosemount passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at her home. She was born October 30, 1961 in Portsmouth to the late Paul P. and Muriel “Sherry” (Edwards) Kaut. Julia loved to cook and she especially loved her family. She was a really beautiful mother who loved her family and the children she took care of when she worked at Portsmouth Baptist Church’s Day Care Center.
Julia is survived by her daughter, Sarah Spencer of Rosemount; two brothers, Paul Kaut of Fairborn, OH and John Kaut of Rosemount; a sister, Joni Lust of Hamden, OH. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Regina Harris; her ex-husband, William Thomas Spencer; and sisters-in-law, Emma Hayward and Elizabeth Parsons.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m. (NOON) Monday, October 7, 2024, at Rosemount Cemetery with Pastor Andy Ramey officiating. Online condolences may be left at www.DWSwickFuneralHome.com.
