Jessie Cullum, 53, of Portsmouth died Friday June 13, 2014 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She is survived by a sister, Doris Timberlake of South Shore, KY. There will be no public services . Cremation arrangements being handled by D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston.
