Jeremy Lee Elliott, 32, of New Boston died Saturday, March 14, 2009 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born Aug. 4, 1976 in Portsmouth. He is survived by his wife, Mary Powell, two sons, Dawson Elliott and Gabe Elliott of New Boston; a stepdaughter, Taylor Cooper of West Portsmouth; his father and stepmother, James H and Cindy Elliott of Delaware; his mother, Beverly K. Slark Kirkbride of New Boston; stepfather, Dennis Kirkbride of New Boston; grandparents, Ralph and Martha Slark of Portsmouth and Jean Burton of Wheelersburg; two brothers, Aaron Elliott and wife April of South Point and Chad Elliott and wife Brook of Portsmouth; a special friend, Brittaney Blevins of Franklin Furnace and serveral aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Kathern Slark, a great-grandmother, Fannie Burton and stepfather, Sam Bean. Funeral services will be 1 PM Friday, March 20, 2009 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with Pastor Roger Powell officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday 6 to 9 PM and Friday 12 noon to 1 PM at D.W. Swick in New Boston
