Jean Moore

Jean R. "Rhea" Moore, 90, of Waverly passed away Friday February 27, 2015 at Pike Community Hospital. She was born April 25, 1924 in New Boston, a daughter of the late Charles and Mabel Kruger Morris. She was a former Personnel Manager at Thompson Industries and member of the Portsmouth Eastern Star.

Jean is survived by two sons, Jim Rhea (Michelle) of Wheelersburg and Joe Rhea (Louise) of Portsmouth; one daughter, Judy Reedy (Doyle) of Lancaster and a sister, Eleanor Pinson of San Jose, CA.; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great- great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Pat Moore, a brother, Ed Morris and a sister, Helen Hancock.

Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday March 3, 2015 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with Joseph Rhea officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Union cemetery in Waverly.
