Jane Munion

Jane Munion, 67 of Portsmouth died Saturday May 31, 2014 at SOMC Hospice Center. She was born January 19, 1947. She was the daughter of the Late Glen and Betty Johnson Neal. She was an avid Jimmie Johnson Fan. She is survived by 1 son Dwayne (Stephanie) Woodrow of Franklin Furnace, 2 daughters Ms. Barbara Pierce and Karen (Scott) Slack of Portsmouth. 5 sisters Bonnie (Bill) Lanham of Cattlesburg, KY, Brenda (Buddy) Hunt of New Boston, Mary (Alan) Leightenheimer , Sandy (Jerry) Osborne and Ruth (Darrel) Musick all of Portsmouth. 2 brothers Gene (Pat) Pickleseimer and Bob (Patty) Neal of Portsmouth. 7 grandchildren Venessa, Kristin and Katie Slack, Joey and Samantha Pierce, Justin and Jozi Woodrow, and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Munion, a son Perry Ray Woodrow; a sister Patty Aills, and grandmother Agnes Johnson. Services will be 11:00 am Wednesday June 3, 2014 at D. W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with Paul Hagen officiating. Interment will follow at Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston.
