James Galloway

Age 58 of Portsmouth, passed away May 9, 2017, at his home   He was born November 24, 1958 in Portsmouth to Kenneth and Marilyn (Grimm) Galloway James worked as a laborer in the scrap metal industry He was a fan of the Martial Arts and taught them at the local YMCA He enjoyed shooting pool, but his favorite thing was playing cards.

James is survived by his mother, Marilyn Galloway of Sciotodale; sons, James “Jay” Galloway of Minford, Jimmy Galloway of Portsmouth; daughters, Janet (Eldridge) Galloway of Portsmouth, Rhonda Galloway Stone of Olive Hill, KY, Misty Galloway of Portsmouth, and stepdaughter Crystal Smith of South Webster; brothers, Kenneth (Judy) Galloway of Sciotoville, Jeff Galloway of Sciotodale, Jack (Irene) Galloway of Marion, Buck of Sciotodale; sister, Rhonda (Murray) Smith of South Webster; eleven grandchildren He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Galloway; ex-wife, Brenda Fisher Galloway.
