James C. Dennis

Age 50 of Franklin Furnace and South Shore, KY passed away Tuesday February 2, 2016 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.  He was born July 20, 1965 in Charleston, WV, a son of the late Daryl Dennis and Deborah Ison. He was a construction worker and loved to ride his motorcycle

James is survived by his wife, Melva Willis Dennis; one son, Jay M. Dennis of South Webster; a daughter, Brooke N. Dennis of New Boston; one brother, Bobby Bays ll of Franklin Furnace; a sister, Denise Dennis Miller of Michigan; and two granddaughters, BrookeLee Dennis and JayLee Dennis. He was also preceded in death by his stepmother, Phyllis Dennis and a sister, Deborah Leann Clifton.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are being handled by D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston.
