Jack Edward Pistole

Age 78 of West Portsmouth, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family He was born November 19, 1937 in Portsmouth to Virgil and Opal (Caudill) Pistole and was a 1955 graduate of Portsmouth West High School Jack was a professional roofer, a member of the Roofers Local #185 out of Charleston, WV He was a member of the Church of God Prophecy in New Boston He had many interests outside of work including flying small aircraft, swimming, and most of all golf, which he loved More than anything, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Jack is survived by his wife, Nancy (Freeman) Pistole; one son, Jack (Susan) Pistole of West Portsmouth; three daughters, Nancy Sue Pistole of New Boston, Sarah Skaggs of Wheelersburg, and Sandra (Michael) Holsinger of Stout; ten grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Lee Pistole, and two brothers in infancy.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday February 6, 2016 at D.W.
