Howard David Brown-Brun

Howard David Brown-Brun, 64 of Columbus, formerly of Portsmouth, died Tues., March 24, 2009 at his residence. He was born July 29, 1944 in Portsmouth and was a Sunday School teacher and member of the former Trinity Church. He is survived by his parents, James and Thelma Hoffer Tipton of Eden Park; two sisters, Sandy Easter and husband Steven of Portsmouth, Teri Slack and husband Chip of Columbus; neices, Sarah Sexton of Portsmouth and Amanda Waldron and husband Terry of Chillicothe. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard K. Brown and grandparents, Alpha and Alberta Hoffer. The family would like to give a thank you to Curtis Wilson for being a good friend. Services will be 1:00 PM Friday, March 27, 2009 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with Pastor Samuel Salyer officiating. Burial will be at Greenlawn cemetery.
