Hazel Sweeney Stevens

Hazel Stevens, 86, of Beaver, died June 15, 2014 at Pike County Hospital. She is the daughter of the late Wise Adkins and Rebecca Royster Adkins Vest. She is survived by a son Paul (Anita) Sweeney of Beaver, a daughter Linda Harris of Clarktown, seven grandchildren Joseph Harris, Brandy Wright, Kelly McGrouty, Robert Sweeney, Rebecca Kinney, Ryan Appleton and Maranda Appleton; five great-grandchildren Joseph McGrouty, Alex Kinney, Emma Kinney Jiraiya King and Zion King. She was also preceded in death by two husbands, Paul Ray Sweeney and Herbert Stevens, a daughter Brenda Wright, two brothers Howard Adkins, Sam Adkins and a sister Helen Ruth Vest. Services will be Thursday, June 19, 2014. at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with interment to follow at Memorial Burial Park.
