Infant Ellen Laraine Duncan, daughter of Billy and Haley (Sissel) Duncan passed away in the arms of her mother on March 14, 2023. She was born March 2, 2023 in Columbus. Besides her parents, Ellen is survived by a brother, Noah Duncan and a sister, Evelyn Duncan all of Minford; grandparents, Timothy and Louvina Duncan of Summerton, SC, Heather and Joe Sissel of West Portsmouth; great-grandparents, Fern and Bill Duncan of Rubyville, Donna Adams, Ron and Linda Sissel all of West Portsmouth along with several aunts and uncles.
