Age 80 of Johnson City, TN formerly of Portsmouth, passed away August 3, 2018 She was born March 24, 1938 in Carter County, KY to Earl and Hazel (Fannin) McCleese.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Bear of Johnson City, TN, Anthony “Tony” Bear of Portsmouth, Charles Kevin Bear of Portsmouth; daughter, Ronda (Joe) Johnston of Johnson City, TN; brother, James McCleese of Warren, OH; sisters, Dorothy Adkins and Nova Prise, both of Portsmouth; grandchildren, Joshua Bear, Jared McClellen, Kara Bear, Bridget Dykes, Page Bear, Jenna Becker, Matthew Becker; great-grandchildren, Kaden Bear, Dakota Dykes, Charleigh Fry, Karsyn Dykes In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; sisters, Phyllis Bentley and Betty Jean McCleese.
