Age 80, of Lucasville, passed away Monday, April 1, 2019, at his home He was born November 8, 1938 in Carter, KY to Albert and Goldie (Kiser) Parker Deward worked as an Interior Decorator, loved to read his Bible, garden, and do woodworking.
He is survived by his daughters, Teresa Parker of Huntsville, TX, Brenda Brokaw of Portsmouth, Cecilia Shultz of Huntsville, TX; sister, Jessie Jewell Kewer of Elyria; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Lawrence, Eugene, Andrew, and Elisha Parker; sisters, Alberta Williams, Elsie Koza, Helen Conley, Chattie Rice, and Nevada Williams.
