Delores Kiser

Delores A. "Dodie" Kiser, 76, of New Boston passed away Tuesday June 23, 2015 at Southern Ohio Medical Centers emergency room. She was born April 19, 1939 in New Boston a daughter of the late Ernest and Ethel Burton Stone. Dodie worked at the former Rink's Dept. Store in Portsmouth and was retired from Walmart. She was a former member of the New Boston Eagles Auxiliary Club, the American Legion Auxiliary 23 Club and the Moose Auxiliary Club.

She is survived by a brother, Gary Stone and wife Jayne of New Boston, a sister in-law, Judy Stone and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Forrest Kiser; her friend and longtime companion, James Pinson Sr. and two brothers, Ronald Stone and Donald Stone.

Services will be 1:00 p.m Friday June 26, 2015 at D.W SWICK- NELSON FUNERAL HOME IN NEW BOSTON with Rev. Daniel Widdig officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
